RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
- All products sold are Non-exchangeable nor Refundable!
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained as all items are checked and wrapped nicely in clear plastic bags prior to mailing
- We do not allow returns/ exchanges UNLESS a wrong item is received by customers. In such event, we will provide an exchange for the similar item. Exchange is only valid within 7 days for local buyers from the date parcel dispatched
- SLICEMYLAMB is not responsible for the damage caused by Post Office's rough handling and No exchange/ Refund will be made
- For case-basis exchange/refund, no refunds will be made for the specific product that are still available . During exchange/refunds, item has to reach us within 5 Maximum days after we are notified of the problem. (NOTE: We will not be entertained any later than 5 days )
- Returned item must be brand new/ in the original state, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days via normal mail.
- We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.
- Strictly NO exchange/refunds for:
> COLOUR DIFFERENCES DUE TO STUDIO LIGHTINGS
(NOTE: Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to studio lightings and screen resolutions differences)
OR> MEASUREMENT DIFFERS ALLOWANCES: 0.5-1.0" (NOTE: Measurements might very from batch production)
